These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and purchases made through it.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability displayed on the website are accurate. Minor variations in colour, appearance or packaging may occur.
3. PRICING AND TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are applicable at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and charges will be disclosed as required by law.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, delivery restrictions or other circumstances permitted by law.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) IS NOT AVAILABLE.
All orders must be paid using the online payment methods provided on the website.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. PACKAGE INSPECTION
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the outer package at delivery. If the package appears opened, torn, crushed, wet, tampered with or empty, the customer should photograph or record the condition and, where possible, notify the delivery personnel.
8. UNBOXING VIDEO
Customers are strongly advised to make one continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, any damage or tampering, the complete opening process and the contents received.
An unboxing video is particularly recommended for high-value, fragile, electronic or sensitive products.
9. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Unless specifically stated on the relevant product page, we do not offer returns solely because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, no longer requires the product or does not prefer the product after delivery.
This restriction does not affect remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, deficient, wrong, missing or materially different products.
10. DAMAGED, MISSING, WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, missing, wrong, defective or materially different product, contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number and supporting evidence.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping-label images, serial numbers or other information reasonably required to investigate the complaint.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, repair, refund or another legally applicable remedy.
11. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
We may investigate suspicious or fraudulent claims, including manipulated evidence, product substitution, repeated false claims or other abusive activity.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, graphics, photographs, logos and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
